John Lovas

"A Writing Teacher's Blog" is back online!  Maybe I'm the last one to find out, but as I was testing links on my personal blog, the page opened to John's blog.  Some days I can't believe that he's gone, but it has been a year since he passed away.

I've always felt that his blog is a good text for new teachers, and for the rest of us, it's full of advice and ideas to keep us going into the next hundred years.  So glad to see WTB back in cyberspace!

Awesome. Thanks for sharing this -- I've updated my blogroll. It remains an excellent resource for writing teachers, even if the technology made it cussedly difficult to comment on John's posts.

Thanks, Joanna! No, I hadn't seen this. I'm really glad to have the site back.

It's about time!
